Choose a storefront website
of a well-known company (e-business). Examine how the web
site is designed to achieve the objectives of the company.
You
are requested to analyze the chosen website based on the following questions:
1. Examine
how the web site is designed to achieve the ATTRACTIVENESS objective.

Design of proper background, color scheme and
layout of home page for your web page etc…
- Briefly discuss and show on your web page:

The
company’s mission (reflects the business purpose),
- The nature of the business,
- The online services offered to the market
and the characteristics of your market segment.
- Analyze the following from your
chosen e-business web site:
- The URL of your chosen website (domain
name,..)
- The Brand Name and (or) Logo
- E-Business transactions models
(B2C,B2B,….)
- Describe the relevant e-marketing tools used to
promote the site and encourage its usage; and discuss how these tools may
increase consumer satisfaction.
- One of the tactics used to
acquire customers and generate sales and business is to operate an
affiliate program. Discuss what types of affiliate program your chosen
company seeks, or you think it supposes to go after.
- Briefly discuss the customer relationship
management tools used in the site and evaluate their impact on increasing
your loyalty.
- As far as e-business is concerned, safety,
security, privacy, and accuracy are among the greatest concern. Demonstrate that the chosen website is
meeting your customer’s concerns.
