FINAL COURSE PROJECT MRKTL 4005 E-MARKETING SPRING 2016

Dear E-Marketing Lebanese University Students

Kindly form yourselves into groups of  THREE. Project presentation should start by THURSDAY 2nd of June 2016.
Reports of the presentation deadline submission, paper & email copy, is one academic day before your final exam date.


I.          Choose any e-commerce store front Website that you like (B2C or B2B). After revising what was discussed in the classroom and with deep reference to your text “principles of internet marketing”;  Discuss with deep analysis and critiques your chosen website marketing elements and tools used or supposed to be used in that web site with particular reference to :

1.      Briefly discuss and show:
  The nature of the business of the website,
  The product and or services offered for sale in your proposed website, and the characteristics of your   market segment. 
  The online “augmented level of services” offered to consumers to enhance the experience.
2.      Analyze the URL (domain name,..) & the Brand Name &/or Logo of your chosen e-business web site in addition to the Elements of that Brand
3.      What do you suggest as a brand personality for the website? Identify your consumer’s personality reflected through your website brand. What do expect your consumer’s would tell you about your brand personality
4.      Social Media and Social Networking Sites and its utilization as a Marketing vehicle
5.      Blogging as a part of its Marketing Strategy
6.      Web-Based Video as a Marketing Tool
7.      Suppose you wanted you to build Wikis, RSS, Mashups, and Virtual Worlds for your website (if already don’t exist). How would you do it? What kind of usefulness would you expect from these application for your website?
8.      Driving Traffic of that website or business; Capturing and Keeping an Audience Keeping Visitors Interested, Engaged, and Coming Back
9.      Traffic Analysis and Measuring for Success Site Tracking: Breaking Down the Measurements
10.   One of the main e-business consumers’ concerns is how important for them to feel safe and secure when providing sensitive personal and credit card information. Which methods would you provide to your consumers to deal with this security issue?
11.   Research a blog campaign called “Walmarting Across America.” Describe the campaign, whether or not it was successful and why. Discuss how far you could learn from that blog for your campaign or website.
